After importing MS Word text, all cells are filled with #####

After importing MS Word text, all cells are filled with #####, even short
text that should not have exceeded the character limit in Excell cells.
 
Change the formatting to General.

Excel has a problem with cells having between 255 and 1024 charaters when
formatted as Text.
