Until recently I was using Outlook 2003 as a POP3 client. I have now been put
on an Exchange server. I now have two copies of calendar, contacts, tasks,
notes and more files. My originals are under Personal Folders and the
duplcates that go to the server are under Mailbox. Is there a way to
eliminate the duplcates?

When I add items in my pocket pc they update to the calendar that does not
go to the server. This is also true if I receive a meeting invitation. When I
accept it they are applied to the calendar in the Personal Folders only.
Tasks on the server are not updated either.

When I access our server from the OMA or web interface I cannot see the
correct information. Any suggestions?
