If i were to use 2 sli ready graphics cards which are Geforce 6800XT would
this be surfice to have the full effect of Aero?

Dude, even a lowly Geforce FX 5200 can get the full effect of Aero Glass.
However I think I read something about SLI being dodgey with Vista.
