Adware

Help! I think my computer has an adware popup
program/virus. I dont get too many popups (I cant think of
the address the popups default to), however, when i
restart my computer or when one of those popups comes up
my internet address homepage changes to
http://martfinder.com/index.htm?aff=8490 . I use a
firewall, antivirus software and Lavasoft just recently.
nothing could find or resolve this. any help would be
appreciated.

i forgot to mention (if i need too) that ie explorer has
become really sluggish also.
