adware

recently i have been troubled with ie being taken over by a adware toolbar
top and bottom and lots of pop ups. Ive run microsoft anti spyware and
lavasoft but nothing works. I go into application data and find
'birdintrapureflaw' and also in registry.DOES anyone no how to get rid of
these permantly or wot program causes it 2 keep coming back. OH system
restore resets when this adware runs,so cant go back.....thx stevie
