Adware.Webhancer- how to remove?

I have this on my pc does anybody know the best way to get rid of it as I'm
unable to

I have lavasoft and spybot search and destroy scans performed but they
always come back a ok, bullguard keeps on blocking but is frustrating to see
al the time
