Adware problem update

Thanks for your helpful hints. However, I've tried both Adaware and Spybot S
& D, both in standard and safe mode, with system restore turned off, and all
updates downloaded. Still have adcmd.exe adware in both the processes in task
manager and it's registry keys posted in the system registry. Each time I run
either of the spyware search programs, it finds, and I delete, the exact same
entrys each time.
I'm beginning to think that I will have to live with this until I get a new
machine.
Anyone have any answers?

More info needed, Larry.

1. Is that the correct spelling?
2. Have you run a startup log/tracker?
3. Have you checked your runkeys via the registry?

Start -> Run -> Startup tab

See if it's there.

This won't get rid of it but it will keep it from starting up.
