adware in system registry/ permanently deleting

Ads such as malware and client man are detected when I use
programs (Adaware) to remove them. I have located
registry keys where ad information is located. I have
deleted the specific keys on several occasions however
they reappear when I recheck for the spyware. How do I
permanently remove them from my registry? Thank you.
