Adware.Cydoor, et al.

Hello,

I'm very frustrated with some files I can't seem to get
off my machine.

Norton Antivirus lists them as:

Adware.Cydoor
Adware.Ipinsight
Adware.WhenU
Adware.Ipinsight
Adware.Ipinsight
Adware.Ipinsight

Norton lists a link to the company that made these files
to remove them but I've followed the remove instructions
only to find that it is incorrect (e.g. the files they
say to delete from the registry don't even exist on my
machine). I've contacted the company about it twice and
have received absolutely no response.

It seems these files open up pop-up windows at their
discretion regardless of what website I am on and they
also redirect my "page not found" page to an ad-type of
page as well.

I think it has somehow attached itself inside IE6 and I
can't get rid of it and it's driving me insane.
