Adware automatically keeps re-installing itself!

I have ran my virus scan and adware programs several times and yet I still
have adware/spyware on my WinXp system. I also noticed several
adware/spyware programs have auto installed itself into my add/remove
programs. When I unistall these programs (navisearch, bullseye network,
etc.) I noticed they quickly make copies to other files on my system
(Windows) before they so call unistall. HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM! Also, when
I manually try to delete each program, I noticed there are various copies of
the same programs, listed under different names and in different file
folders. This is driving me crazy!! Help please, before I break my computer!

1) Download the following three items...

Trend Sysclean Package
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp

Latest Trend Pattern File.
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/pattern.asp

Adaware SE (free personal version v1.05)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Create a directory.
On drive "C:\"
(e.g., "c:\New Folder")
or the desktop
(e.g., "C:\Documents and Settings\lipman\Desktop\New Folder")

Download Sysclean.com and place it in that directory.
Download the Trend Pattern File by obtaining the ZIP file.
For example; lpt285.zip

Extract the contents of the ZIP file and place the contents in the same directory as
sysclean.com.

2) Update Adaware with the latest definitions.
3) Disable System Restore
http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm
4) Reboot your PC into Safe Mode
5) Using both the Trend Sysclean utility and Adaware, perform a Full Scan of your
platform and clean/delete any infectors/parasites found.
(a few cycles may be needed)
6) Restart your PC and perform a "final" Full Scan of your platform using both the
Trend Sysclean utility and Adaware
7) Re-enable System Restore and re-apply any System Restore preferences,
(e.g. HD space to use suggested 400 ~ 600MB),
8) Reboot your PC.
9) Create a new Restore point

BullsEye Network is bad malware. You definitely want to get rid of it
and run through the steps Dave Lipman gave you. To make a new Restore
Point:

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

You will get a window offering you two choices:

a. Restore your computer to an earlier time
b. Create a restore point.

Choose "b" and follow the wizard.

My partner was using Google to research this problem and someone wrote
something which promted him to try Add/Remove one more time, Tricky part is
the following:
When you try to uninstall, a popup window tells you that uninstalling may
cause some programs not to work, yada yada, BUT when it ask if you still want
to continue anyway, you normally answer Yes - which causes nothing to happen.
He tried answering No, and a survey window opened. After answering a few
questions as to why you do or don't like this thing, it uninstalled itself.
He rebooted twice to make sure and it was definitely gone.
Don't know if this will work for everyone, but I thought I should report it.
