Advise please

We have purchased two new server computers and a Windows
2000 Advanced Server (OS) to replace two Windows NT 4.0
servers. How it can be replaced?
 
You could either clean install the machines and add them to the domain, or
upgrade the exisiting machines to 2000. I guess I am not sure what your
exact question is.
