-include the mru list.
- be more effective against cookies

These remarks follow a test that I have done on my
computer between Microsoft antispyware and Ad-aware
Personal Se, where microsoft didn't detect anything and
ad-aware did detect mru lists and 11 cookies. More
surprisingly it also seems that the 2 softwares do not
detect the same cookies and spyware, which would mean
that the publishers could be accused of bribery, the
softwares being sensitive to only "non-sponsored" spyware

You are making assumptions here that are based on opinion and not on fact:

1. detecting different spyware
- You didn't detect any spyware with either application so how can you say
that?
2. differences in detection
- Even if they do detect different spyware (which you haven't proven), that
would only mean that each company defines spyware and the danger thereof
differently. Your belief that accusations of bribery could occur is
ridiculous and childish.
