Advice on 5.1 speaker set please

Hello,

I am shopping for a 5.1 speaker set for my P4P800 deluxe motherboard with an
on-board sound card.
I currently have a 2.1 speaker set.
My objective is to get better realism.
This is mainly for games. I do not listen to music on the computer much.

Please can you make suggestions?
Or, guide me to a more appropriate newsgroup or forum.

Nooooo! The OP doesnt want those, they sound like crap.

Look at the next set up, they have an external dolby decoder and are priced
around £110 (GBP)

Hmmm, this is indeed a better speaker set, however I for one don't have
£100 to spend on speakers..... For me the £30 are perfectly fine.
(well, slight lie, I use the 4.1 version, I'm assuming they sound kinda
similar).

But yeah, if you have that kinda money, the ones you suggest look ace
You could of course donate some of the money to my back pocket lol.....
