Advanced Tab?

When I open the Control Panel and click on User Accounts. I cannot see the
Advanced Tab... how do I get out of this "user-stupid" interface?

Two options:
Go to Start -> Run and enter the following in the Open box.
control userpasswords2
Click OK.
You should now see the User Accounts applet that has the
Advanced tab.

Add this version of User Accounts to Control Panel:
