Advanced modification to BCM reports

Is there a way to modify BCM reports beyond the dialogue screen that is
offered within the program. I tried using Crystal Reports (10) and failed.

For example the Contact list does not include a line for E-Mail addresses
and I wanted to add it, but do not seem able to do that
 
You cannot customize your reports, but you can save them as Word Document and
then can delete the unnecessary portion.
