How do I search/find a specific file that is an attachment
to an e-mail message? I use MS Outlook 2000 & unless I am
missing something very obvious, using Outlook's 'Advanced
Find' capabilities I cannot search/find an attachment by
it's specific file name.

Reason I ask: my virus software tells me that it has
located infected files that are attachments to e-mails.
The virus software provides me with the exact name of the
attachment file, but even though I have the exact name of
the attachment file, I cannot locate them using Windows
Explorer as the files are e-mail attachments.

Any suggestions?

You can't search on attachment name. You can however use a attachments
stripper to store your attachments on your harddisk and search from there.
One nicely configurable attachment stripper is from Sperry Software;
