Advanced Certificate Request

Hi,
I have a problem with the Advanced Certificate Request.
On selecting Request a certificate and then Advanced request, there is a
screen with the following
"An unexpected error (0x1A8) occured while getting the certificate template
list.".
The Request fails.

Does anyone have an idea?
