Advanced Apparence default setup

I changed my advanced apparence setup from display in the control pannel, but
now i dont remember the default sie and font of most of the items such as :
active title bar, desktop...etc. Can someone help me resetting those items to
the original ones please? Thanks
 
Just rt click on Desktop>select Properties>Appearance>Windows and
Buttons select WinXP Style Color Scheme=
Default Blue Fonts Size = Normal
