Advance Server Hangs every night at approx same time???

Does any one have any Idea about an install of Advance
Server which hangs at approximately the same time every
night? The time is which is logged into the system event
is around 1:40 am. It always requires a restart. I have
placed the latest service packs and updates. I do not see
any strange processes running in the back ground. I
disabled the scheduler. I am at a loss as to why. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
