Adult links

Rick

I some how got adult links on my "toolbars" pull downs
when I use the "right click" on the mouse. I have tried
to delete them and send them to the recyle bin, but once
you reboot they show back up. I went in to "add/remove
programs" and there were some "adult" programs there. I
also uninstalled them but they still came back. I then
did a search to fine where they are hiding on the
confuser HD, they showed up in the "prefetc" folder. I
scanned through that also and deleted them, and emptied
the bin. And yes you guessed it... they are still on the
pull down tool bars (right clicked)

search windows explorer... windows key + E
delete all instances of any adult sites.
search for key words like 'porn' 'nude' 'adult' and so on.
then go to add/remove programs again. clean up your pc as
much as you can. clear out all settings and favorites in
your browser. Then uninstall your browser and install a
new browser.

i had to do this
