adsmsext.exe keeps trying to access Internet - Should it?

My McAfee Firewall is going nuts reporting that
adsmsext.exe is trying to access the Internet...whatever
I do (allow or restruct access) it keeps alerting
me...what should I do?

Steve,

It's not an out of the box Windows process, can you do a search and find out
where on the PC the file is stored?
