ADSL Parental Control

I have an ADSL sevice that has my machine connected to the internet continuously. Great for internet. Bad for teen agers. Is there a way to configure my machine (via windows 2000 or otherwise) to shut down my internet conection at 11PM every night? A timed internet shut down would be ideal.

The installed connection device is an Intel (R) PRO/100 PCI Adapter.

Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

I'm browsing the newsgroup as I have a similar
situation. I'd like to clamp down on what my 11 & 14
year olds are learning from the net. I have Yahoo DSL
parental controls in their computer and that's working
real well. However, it doesn't stop them from using AOL
messenger at any time.
