What is the DNS server at 10.1.91.3?
Is this the BIND server?
If you are not allowing dynamic updates on the zone in the BIND server, you
will have to manually create the records in BIND for the DCs records, then
you will need to disable Dynamic DNS registration on your DC, so it won't
report DNS registration errors.
Of course this may cause an Administration nightmare, that is the reason why
it is recommended that you install DNS on your DC, allow only secure updates
on the zone, then point your DC to its own address for DNS. If you want to
keep your BIND server for all other clients it is just a mater of pulling a
Secondary zone from the DC to the BIND.
