Adobe To Word

Is there anyway i can convert an adobe acrobat file to an
M.S.Word File. I have lot of Data in Acrobat on a CD which
i now require to convert to Word Form in exactly the same
paragraph formatting.

I want to avoid the typing part, Can anybody help me out
in this regard.

Adobe Acrobat PDF is a type of graphics format and cannot be directly
converted to Word format. If it is subject to security measures it cannot be
converted by an external application (except Acrobat) and only then if you
know the passwords.
There are file converters around - the one I use is Abbyy Finereader 6. See
