Adobe Photoshop Elements2

I just got a new computer with a Flat Panel LCD TFT
Monitor. My picture open in Adobe Photoshop Elements in
Green. It says Monitor needs calibrating. I've tried
to do that but not sure how to on the LCD monitor? Can
someone help me.
