Adobe file to powerpoint?????

Is it possible to import an adobe picture that is
currently a PDF intoo Powerpoint?
When we try, it has me convert the file and it blows up
when I try and convert the file to a jpeg.

Adobe what? What do you mean blows it up?

If it's a PDF, open it in Photoshop and save it as JPG. You may have to
scale it down in Photoshop to keep the dimensions from being too large
in Powerpoint.
