Adobe Acrobat and XP (Home)

If I open an Adobe Acrobat file from a web site when
logged in as one user, the file (and Acrobat Reader 6.0)
comes up OK. If I log in as a different user and try
opening the same file from the same web site, I get stuck
in an endless loop where the PC is trying to install
Microsoft Windows Journal but cannot find the software.

Please help!
