User accounts shows:
nedjm computer administrator.
I am denied certain entries or changes.
What must I do to really be the
"computer administrator?

At the Welcome Screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice. In the User Name box type
Administrator. It's highly possible that the password is blank, unless you
know otherwise.
