I just loaded win xp pro created an account with admin rights but it won't
give me access rights to desktop right click properts right click copy paste
any body any ideas
 
Is there any other user accounts on the computer with administrator rights?
Or is windows only after been installed?

I have added one since and that one has all admin rights
