I obtained an HP Pavilion from my employer when he did an upgrade. This
computer however needs an overhaul. I would like to perform a system recovery
but haven't access to the system administrator password information. I can't
even so much as install my printer. Can someone help me to (a) change system
administrator information or (b) perform recovery without it?

Replied in m.p.windowsxp.general. Please don't multipost - if you need to
post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by posting a single
message to a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG names with commas)
so that everyone can follow the thread. Thanks :)
