No. The built in Administrator account is not deletable, and even if it
were you don't want to delete it! One day you will need to access the
account, maybe sooner than you think. If you set a password on it make
sure you don't forget or loose it!
The built-in Administrator account *cannot* be deleted. The standard
security practice is to rename the account, set a strong password on it,
and use it only to create another account for regular use, reserving the
Administrator account as a "back door" in case something corrupts your
regular account(s).
