Administrator under XP

I am trying to install a driver and the system will not
let me saying this needs to be done by the "Administrator"
and I can't get it to let me set myself up as the
administrator. Can anyone help me?

Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Computer Management
expand Local Users and Groups
highlight Users


In the right details window all users should be listed. If an Administrator
account has not been established there is a built in one: Highlight the
Administrator account then select Set Password under Action on the menu bar.
