is there a way to uninstall the admin tools as if they were never installed
in the first place.... like a clean uninstall?

adminpack.msi found at your windows server cd or in the system32 directory
at a Domain Controller.
 
Mike,

Have you tried going into the Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs? I am
sure that you have a good reason for wanting to uninstall these awesome
tools.
