Administrator problems

On several occasions I get an error message saying I do not have the
administrative authority to change something. My user acoount says it is the
computer administer and I have signed in under that account. Does anyone
have a way to get around this problem? Thanks
 
At least I am not alone or insane. At 1st I couldn't even My Music because I
didn't have administrative rights. I have a game whoose copyright date is
2006 & again don't have administrative rights. No ones going to give u an
answer so remember u have at the very least 3 months of on-line support on
Vista upgrade. So pitch a bitch & let microsoft know.
