administrator problem?

hi,

I had alittle problem that I don't really understand. I was running Avex dvd
converter for a couple month. yesterday, i got a message saying that I can
not add a new file in my output folder because cannot find it or I don't have
the permission from the administrator. I try to use another folder, same
message so it must be an administrator problem.
any idea?

Whatever avex dvd converter is,is the software owned by you,or as with
powerdvd you need an account with them for it to function.Any unpaid
bills....
Either way,try setting up a new user account,open xp in new,try the
converter,if all is ok,the old user account is corrupted,delete it.
 
no no none of that I owned the program. I can copy avi, mpeg and other format
but It doesn't work the dvd anymore.
