administrator priviledge

I am attempting to DL a game program, but when I
contacted support, they said check Administratoer
priviledge. Where is it and what is it?

Right click on "My computer" ->Manage-> Local users and
groups->Groups->Double click on adminstrators->Verify that the account you
are using is a member of this group.

Hi, Boot into Safe Mode so you can log in as an Admin. You can also press
CTRL+ALT+DEL twice on the welcome screen.
