Administrator only window update error

Hi,

I went to
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/ and
tried the solution for this error. I did the regedit
steps, but still get the same error message.

Any other suggestions

I've had the same problem and all of the standard fixes did not work for me
either, I think it's a bug in XP, the only way round this - I found, was to
create a new user with Administrator rights and deleted my original account.
Everything worked fine after that.
