administrator name

go into safe mode. click on administrator. after windows has opened. go into
control panel, under users... You can change administrator name and password
there. Hope this helps.

Control Panel> User Accounts> Change an Account.

If referring to the hidden Administrator account, log on with it first.
Then change the name.
