Administrator Name Change

I have changed the name of the Administrator Using Control panel user
accounts. How does the administrators user name get change under documents
and settings? Thanks for your help.

It doesn't.
The easiest way is to create a new account.
Copy the data from old to new account.
Delete old account when you are sure all is OK:

The C:\Documents and Settings\Username folders _cannot_ be
renamed, even if the associated user account has been.
