Is there any way of re-establishing Administrator Log On
when a password is lost.

Re-loading windows is not an option

I think you can, you get out your disk that you saved your
security cetificate to and use that in some way.

But if you dident do that then you better remember the
password when you reinstall windows because it isnt gona
happen.
