administrator having trouble logging in

I was modifying the language settings of my Windows 2000
Pro as the Administrator, when the system locked up. I had
to reboot, however, administrator cannot login any more.
Entering the password is still good and the system can
move beyond the "Loading personal settings" stage, and
doesn't responde to any keystrokes.

Does anyone have an idea what's going on and how I can fix
this? (btw, other users can still log in)
