administrator deleting calendar appointments

I am a secretary working on appointments for my boss. I usually receive the
same appointments as she does in my inbox. When I delete her appointments
from MY inbox, her appointments are deleted from her calendar....help...
 
If you are both using Outlook 2003, make sure you apply SErvice Pack 2.
