Administrator account locked out

The administrator account on one of my W2k domains keeps
getting locked out. I can find no evidence of an attack
and the lockouts are intermittent. What can cause this?

Are you sure its getting locked or is it simply showing as locked in the
the management console?

Have you changed your password recently?

I have had problems some times with a user being logged on
two places where one of the places the computer never have
been logged of again. If the user then changes his or hers
password on the regular workstastion - then the other
workstation (which still is logged on) tries to use the
other password... and then locks the account.
