Administrator Account gets Locked Out frequently

Can some one help me on this.My administrators account gets frequently
locked out after I upgraded my windows 2000 Active Directory to Windows 2003
AD

I have used the Account Lockout tools ,it shows the attempt made fomr one of
my Server on windows 2000 DC ,so now we have a mixed mode .but unable to
figure out why the account gets Locked .

Need some urgent help...

If you know which server is initiating the authentication requests with a
bad password, check for any services running with this account and change
the password accordingly.

You might also want to check the event log on that box to see if there are
any DCOM errors re. failed logon attempts, etc. and then, if so, load
dcomcnfg and check the account properties in there too.
