Administrator account limited

Hi,
At the logon screen of XP Home I press CTRL-ALT-DELETE
twice and try to logon as Administrator/no password.
I get the error message "The system could not log on due
to account restrictions".
Isn't this suppose to be the administrator account ?
The password is correct, but still I cannot logon to this
account.
In the user manager, this account is not even visible, so
I cannot change the password or the right...
Any solutions to this?

Hey, try going into safe mode by pressing F8 a few times
while the computer is first booting up, make sure you
know what settings to change once you are in safe mode
though because otherwise you'll end up without a working
account.
