Administrator accessability

My issue is very close to the same as Martin Fagerstrom in
that the Administrator account wont let me log in and the
other account "owner" shows up for the login. the
privagles for owner are special and I have tried to log
into the owner now after changing the registry and can't
get in at all....I did a reinstall and windows ask if I
wanted to repair so I allowed that and it did not make any
difference...still come up to the owner and no
administrator log on.....can't seem to get it into safe
mode to change the registry anymore.

You need to treat these accounts as though they are corrupted. Please see
