administrator a/c

I have winXP Pro installed in my pc

I setup a a/c for my brother (limited Rights).

I realise he manage to give himself administrator rights. i do not know how did he manage to do it. my password is unknown to him.

pls kindly assist.

Perhaps he used your session while you were out of the room? Basically
however I am inclined to suggest, from my own experience with my children,
that, if he has the technical skills and/or curiosity to do this sort of
thing, you are on a hiding to nothing limiting his access and would be
better agreeing protocols as to the use of the PC and/or keeping a physical
eye on him (while also making sure that you have decent backups!). Sorry if
this is no help.
