Administrative Tools in Control Panel not displaying

I have a user who is in the local admins group but the
items in Administrative Tools in Control Panel do not
display for him. Any ideas?

Donald,

Right click the Taskbar, then select the Advanced tab. If using 2k Pro,
there is a Start Menu Settings area, just select Display Administrative
Tools, if using XP Pro, drill a little deeper and you will see the same
option.

IF you have NO admin tools for the domain, you just need to install the
Adminpak.msi, which is on the Server CD or the C:\winnt\system32 directory
on a 2k server and C:\windows\system32 directory on a 2k3 server.
