right click My Computer and select Manage.
Click Users and Groups.
Double click Groups. Double click Administrators.

What username do you log in with ?
Is the username you log in with included in this list ?

The only 2 things i can think of are
(1) something (maybe a worm, Trojan, virus, hacker, or other infection)
corrupted a privilege or access right that Administrator previously had but
no longer has, or corrupted a Registry or GPO entry,
or (2) the Administrator referred to by the application is not the
Administrator referred to by XP Pro, such as an application that has it's
own Administrator (for the application itself), that is separate from the OS
Administrator.

Could the message be referring to a feature of the app called
"Administrator" ?

You need to run good anti-virus and anti-spyware programs to investigate #
1. You need to call your software vendor or read the application help file
to investigate # 2.
