administrative rights

i have a program called picture to tv that use to work
untill i upgraded to xp. now it says i have to have
administrative rights in order for me to burn cds from
this program. How do I resolve this problem? Please help

check with program company for possible updates when
using XP.

try right pick the program
-> properties
-> compatability tab
make desired settings
